Please note these TracCloud definitions:

Availability = Open shift time
Appointment = A scheduled appointment
Visit = The meeting when the student comes in for a scheduled appointment

Remind each student to LOG IN and LOG OUT at the kiosk for each appointment. When a student logs in and out, the system will automatically create a Visit that is linked to the Appointment and it will change the Appointment status to ATTENDED.  It is important that we keep accurate records of Appointments and Visits for OCT data tracking and Oral Comm budget planning.
